Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room is located on the second floor, behind a decorative glass wall. Featuring a private bar, full A/V system, games, and more, it is the perfect space to host any type of event from a cocktail party to a seated dinner. Capacity: up to 100 seated, up to 170 cocktail-style.

Upstairs Balcony
The upstairs balcony is located on the second floor indoor, overlooking both the Third Street Promenade and our Main Dining Room. It is the perfect space for an intimate seated dinner or small cocktail gathering. Up to 30 guests seated, up to 35 guests cocktail-style.

Full Buyout
A Full Buyout includes the Private Dining Room, Balcony, and Main Dining Area, as well as Patio. The massive Main Dining Area features booth seating on the first and second floors. A full buyout includes AV access in the Private Dining Room, plus a massive 18.5' projector screen & stage in the main dining room. Capacity: up to 300 seated, up to 800 cocktail-style.

Patio
The Patio is located on the Third Street Promenade. Heated during the winter months, it is the perfect space for a semi-private dinner or happy hour. Capacity: up to 30 guests seated, up to 50 guests cocktail-style.
